You would be making the same amount as a person without special needs were they be in the same position. Believe it is covered under the "American with Disabilities Act." Best of luck.

Depending on the job, that shouldn't matter. If a special needs person can do the job, they should get a salary equal to the duties of the job.

I have special needs ,It takes me longer to do things when lifting, sitting,bending, walking Is to much. I have bad spine . I can be a great help in my Field for my knowledge so I should receive the same pay If I was still working

it would depend on if you was able to do the same job in the same amount of time with adaptive equipment. if so, you should get the same pay. if you can't do the job, then it would doepend on your abilities and the work required. a vocation expert could tell you more depending on the field.
