I would use the slow motion button with my b/f so when we hang out it would feel longer.

I would probably use the pause button sometimes when something is going on that I don't want to miss. Or I might use the fast forward button so that I will have a job and have a car and be driving.

The whole concept is completely ridiculous. If you were to pause time then any movement you made would be faster than the speed of light and would, according to the laws of physics, become a supermassive black hole which would consume the entire universe. I'd stay away from the pause button.

Great question.
I would use the reverse button, so I could go back in time and change certain things.
One would be the out come of the lottery for 120 million dollars, yes, sound greedy, but why not have more than enough money to spend.
Then all those girls who I wished that I would have kissed or slept with, I would go back and sleep with them, just for the fun of it. condoms ,yes.
The jobs I had, I would change certain things for the better.
I would fast forward to change things for the better of man kind.

I would use the Mute button because the voice's of others fills me with the rage of a thousand zombie soldiers :)
