Hanging up on someone is cruel and childish behaviour. I wouldn't give him another chance, but if you want to, then ask him what his problem is.
If he tells you and it's a valid problem then you can sort it out.
If he doesn't (or it's a stupid reason) then drop him as a friend; you deserve to be friends with someone who will actually be NICE to you :)

Forget about him. If he keeps hanging up on you, he is not your best friend. Find someone else to be your friend.

go to his house and ask him to his face why hes mad at you becasue if you just keep calling you will make him madder and you will never find out the problem
