yeah, i'm serious about this question.....would like to know cause I had a guy come in to my office and was like "have you ever heard of 'the rainbow'?" and I was just kinda freaked for a second....I said no, and then he said, "well nevermind then."...then it got me thinking.....is he gay?

No,not hand symbols,but some words;family,girl,sista.The rainbow,a pink triangle,a blue and black flag on thier car or truck are all signs of "family"

Years aggo it was illegal to be gay.Some of the older generation use Phrases like " We are Familly" or " Do you know Alice?" There are others I am sure. There weren't a lot of ways to connect safely and discreatly to find the love they were looking for or the type of understanding friendship they desperately needed. Things are very different now days. Thank goodness for that. Im sure your friends rainbow comment was innocent. Also, Mainworry speaking of abomination. You seem to be a very well educated individual who fully believes the horrible hatred that seems to just be oozing from your poors. My hope is that one day you are filled with knowelege that is true and not some fantasy built on fear and ignorance. Maybe you should do some volunteer work and learn what it is to truly open your heart.As far as souls being destroyed, may your god have mercy on yours.

No, there is no special symbols. There is no earring or hankie code. We don't have hand signals, smoke signals, or secret code words. Just about the only thing that can be used as a reliable sign is a rainbow bumper sticker, but lots of gay people don't have rainbow bumper stickers... however almost everyone with a rainbow bumper sticker is gay (unless they're just borrowing a friends car or something).

Usually a gay man will just look at you a lot longer than you will feel comfortable... Other gays will know he's looking and let him- straights will get uncomfortable.

For your information "MAINWORRY" you shouldn't "WORRY" about people's sexuality. If you believe in Jesus, then you should know that Jesus or GOD does not discriminate. In the end God forgives those who believes in him. There is no prove that after Armageddon that anyone who is not straight will go to hell. Maybe you should learn to love one and another and stop hating those who are different. If God would want every one to be the same he would make all us human kind to look like each other.

You have to notice his eyes... if he's paying attention, staring intently, it could mean he's gay. If he smiles, he likes it. And on from there. If the eye contact is NOT there, he may not be gay. Ask what his favorite channels are: if he says lifetime, he's def. gay. Even the masculine, straight acting, huge hairy guys fall for this one.

The gay lifestyle is an abomination to God. This means it’s disgusting an abhorrence, a feeling of repugnance or loathing.
Those who promote this lifestyle have a darkened heart and have become fools by their own perverted mind. Their acts are a disgrace of vile affections doing unseemly passions of infamy. Vain in there imaginations they are morally wicked. They defile themselves through the lusts of their own hearts. It’s indecency, dishonour, and unclean.
But they can’t reserve this life style or death style to themselves, they want to destroy others by promoting it. They want special rights and ungodly unions recognized as marriage.
Most people could be tolerant as long as this vile death style was not so public. But by promoting this abomination it is impossible to be tolerant, unless you are deceived. Because this would be tolerance of destroying of souls and destruction of our society. Being blinded into acceptance of this repugnant death style will cease God’s blessings.
Now everyone is a sinner and falls short. Christ has set us free from the bondage of sin. Upon repentance we are forgiven. Our sins can be blotted out no more to be remembered. That’s the whole purpose of this flesh life. To defeat Satan (death) legally and to offer salvation to whomsoever.
