I wouldn't. Use the toner first, then moisturizer, then foundation. It doesn't take that long to do those steps separately.
Putting a toner into your foundation sounds like a bad idea for a number of reasons. For one, that drying stuff is sitting on your face all day. Even if you have dry skin, that is no good for it.
For another, I've gotta believe it will affect the durability and the consistency of your foundation.

I'm not really sure why you would want to do this. Astringent/toner is meant to put on a clean face. If you are worried about oily foundation, perhaps you should change make-up products. There are many make-up lines now that offer oil-free, Mary Kay for example has great foundation in oil-free for all different types of coverage.

Your best bet is to apply the astringent or toner wait for it to dry then apply your foundation. Or buy the makeup with it already in it.

I wouldn't say to add it to your foundation. Just get a foundation non-oil based and put on a regular toner under your foundation.

I have not and it does not make sense to do so. Astrigent and toners open up the pores and once you have foundation on your face, the foundation sucks into your pores. I do agree with water if the foundation is water based and not oil based.

absolutely use the face cleanser first, then the toner and the moisturizer. once you get the starting place you've the alternative of utilising the concealer first and then the starting place, or the starting place then concealer, or the concealer, starting place and then yet another layer of the concealer. it actually relies upon on how a lot insurance you want and how properly you may blend your make up. in case you want mild insurance or have complications blending your concealer over you starting place, then positioned the concealer on first and then the starting place. in case you want better insurance (really for a depressing lower than eye area) then prepare the starting place first and then the concealer. finally, in case you want optimum insurance and also you may blend your concealer into your starting place, then use the concealer, starting place, better concealer frame of mind. And end all of it off at the same time as the finalizing powder aka ending powder.

No, no, no! Don't add anything to your foundation! (Except maybe a moisturizer, but you could combine it in your hand before applying- don't ever put anything in the bottle.)

I haven't heard of that. It seems to me that it could cause itching and unnecessary burning all day, though. Try it in a small amount before you add it to the bottle.
