No they are not brothers, although yep, they do look somewhat like each other - which is probably one of the reasons RVD chose to call him self Rob Van Dam.
Yep, it isn't his real name, RVD's birth name is Robert Szatkowsky.
BTW - It isn't Jean-Claude's real name either (and BTW, in his case it is not spelled "Van Dam" but "Van Damme"), his birth name is (take a long breathe) Jean-Claude Camille François Van Varenberg

No, they are not brothers, I don't know where these other people are getting their information. If you watch the RVD documentary that WWE made, it talks about how RVD got his name. People used to say that he looked like Jean Claude, so he decided to use that as his ring name. Rob Van Dam is not his real name.

No, They are not brothers. It was in the Louisvile, KY Courier Journal a while back and there names aren't spelled the same by they are not brothers.

Yes they are brothers, one was raised here in the states by his mother and the other was raised in Brussels with his father.
