NO ONE.
Even the most vile criminal must be given every opportunity to regret their mistakes, and pay people back for them, or at least endure punishment.
Although, I would certainly resurrect my friend John in exchange for my life.

I do not consider anyone a "waste of space".
Everyone contributes to this World, in some way. It may be a good way, or it may be a bad way, but, with out everyone's contribution, we would be a poorer World, with out those souls.
One person will touch another person, who in turn will reach out to another person, and on down the line. Interaction is what makes the Human Race what it is. We are a product of our ancestors, and what they have accomplished and thier trials and tribulations that they have overcome, it makes them what they are, and the actions have been handed down through the lineage as lessons learned.
