The only green pigment secreted in the body is bile and that is secreted by the liver. I don't know if there's a connection there.

Needless to say, I'd inquire into some type of medical consultation, even if by calling anonymously into a radio medical talk show program.

It sounds more like something you have been ingesting. Certain foods (like black jelly beans and licorice) can affect your digestive system in that way. Very rich foods can also be the culprit. Go to a bland diet and drink lots of water and it should straighten itself out. If not, or it is accompanied by cramping, call your physician - they may want to do a CT scan or endoscopy and colonoscopy.

Your body may be eliminating stored up bile from your liver. It is not necessarily a bad thing. Have you introduced anything eliminative of late? Grapefruit, perhaps, or any other new food or supplement? Most people need to flush the bod of bile, anyway, as it accumulates it can cause autointoxication, even higher cholesterol.

You should absolutely see a doctor. I have a condition called Crohn's disease it can cause discolored bowel movements. Do you have any pain or discomfort? If so the ER should be where you go.

It might be from the food you ate lately. Just switch to your regular eating habits and if it still continues then go to a doctor.

Only if you are experiencing stomach pain or if there's blood as well. Chances are it's something you ate, wait for it to get out of your system. If you have had diarrhea as well, yeah call a doctor.
