If you're asking this because you have tadpoles in an aquarium, then you could try feeding them a little fish food. The best kind is the small flakes meant for baby fish, and don't put too much in - just a pinch. Try feeding them several times a day instead of alot at once.
They should also have something on the bottom of the aquarium to hide in, and they should be somewhere out of direct sunlight.
BTW, be careful when they start growing legs and turning into little frogs (if they're frog tadpoles), because they can develop almost overnight and jump out of the tank, and they would die. At this point they would also need something to sit on that's above the surface of the water. Make sure the aquarium is covered, but that they still have air (the best thing is a piece of wire mesh).
The best thing would be to find a nice pond where you can let them go once they're grown.
Hope this helps.

depends on the frog. some eat the moss and stuff off of rocks while others eat larvae. just in case though if you got them from a pond or something take some of that water to keep them in until they turn into frogs.
