With Spybot nad Windows defende you're good to go. If neither finds anything you're as safe as pie.
Also I downloaded some other spyware adware program that claimed there was something and told me I had to buy their product to remove it. So be cautious.

I agree with ed aka. Is your computer doing strange things like changing web pages and browsers all on its own? If it seems to be working normally it probably is bogus. I had this with No-adware and it wasn't real. Spybot Search and Destroy is a reputable piece of ant-spyware and it's free and then there is Windows' defender free from microsoft to those running genuine microsoft software. Good luck. those can be pretty bad, BUT!!!
Which software did you use to scan your computer, as there are quite a few 'bogus' spyware software packages usually for free download on the internet that will look like there is stuff on your comuputer, because they put it there.
