i have been looking everywhere for a really nice pair of baggy jeans, light denim.. i cant find any!!! please help my search..

buy them to big for you, thats what my boys did.

You should go to the boys section and find a pair that fit you then buy them make sure they are baggy and not too short.

You should look in department stores such as bell's, or bell's out let. Or if you have a mall near you with a hot topic you should check it out.
