Carlos Mencia is a funny stand up and sometimes his show is ok. His retard jokes are wrong but funny as hell. But nobody beats chappelle in my book, his stand up cracks my crap up hard, and his show never gets old!!!

like dave....but got sick of re runs...so then i liked mencia...but now i am sick of those re runs. I'm tired of comedy central saying they all new epesodes of dave...then never show them. They need to leave him alone, so he can go on and make some new stuff. I don't care what network he is at!
