I like gymnastics and think it would be a good workout that would keep me motivated but usually "adult" classes means older kids. I'm not someone who's been doing this since they were 7 & I'm not looking to go pro. I just want a good workout in a setting where children are not part of the curriculum.

The best answer i can give you is maybe going to the nearest gymnastics facility and asking the owner or a coach to see if you can come in and work out a little.

FYI: this is coming out of a gymnasts mouth

i agree with the person above ^^...just go to a local gym (or call) and see if they offer adult classes...if not, you have the option of going to open gym...its basically a time where the gym is free to anyone, although there will be little kids around...you could also take private lessons..you usually pay for each class, instead of a monthly tuition...this would be a one on one thing but you could definately convince a friend to go along with you and make it a group thing

Call around and ask about adult programs.
