Absolutely. There's evidence that planets with attributes similar to Earth exist. In fact, scientists recently sighted a planet in a star system close to us that seems very similar to Earth. Now UFO's are a bit more dubious, but then humanity has only been around for 20.000 years (maybe 50,000, depending on who you believe), while the universe has been around for at least nine billion years, and maybe up to seventeen billion (though I think that's probably stretching it a bit). I would say there's been more than ample time for more advanced lifeforms to appear in that timeframe.

reliable call large E. My personal opinion: that's thoroughly ignorant and close minded, no longer to coach ridiculously egotistical to imagine that we are the in reality wise existence floating round between the predicted 10 million billion stars in the universe. person-friendly math and archives allow you to understand with just about truth that there is different wise existence obtainable someplace. as far as if they have visited our planet or no longer....i ought to quite be swayed both way. I do very a lot of examining technology articles and examining on my own, so I understand the ridiculous feat lengthy distance area commute is, and how not likely that's to be in a position to commute the great vastness of area. although at the same time, I actually could say that if an flying saucers landed in my again backyard day after today, area of me does no longer be stunned. i visit quite settle for the actual undeniable truth that there will be a species obtainable some the position it quite is significantly better enhanced than us that they have already mastered what we in reality dream of.

It just plain doesn't matter whether there are other beings or not. Contrary to science fiction, the movies, etc., the science is quite clear: nobody is ever going to travel faster than the speed of light, or for that matter, even close to the speed of light. Astronomers are quite certain that none of the planets close to us is habitable. Anybody trying to travel to a planet outside our solar system is on a one-way trip- he will never live long enough to get back. I personally believe the Lord did this on purpose. Forget about going outside our solar system- we just plain aren't meant to. Forget about trying communication outside our solar system. It takes too much power, and we just plain aren't meant to. If the Lord made life on other planets, that is his business, not ours, because He also made it impossible to either find them or get there by the very nature of the universe He created.

Absolutely! There are at least 7*10^22 stars out there, that's 7 with 22 zeros! Now, the Sun is just one of them and there is nothing special about the Sun. So there gotta be something else out there.

It is the height of conceit to think we are the only life in the universe.
I believe that there is life and I believe that some of it is intelligent.
However, I do NOT believe that any of them have visited here. The power required to do so would be insurmountable. No warp speed I'm afraid...

Yes but they have never been here. UFO stories are full of crap. Any being with the power to get here in the first place would have no reason to hide from us. And this crap about non-involvement isn't logical either. That assumes they think like we do.

The chances for finding a planet with life on it is EXTREMELY rare, one that can support life is also rare. But the universe is humungous. The chances for life in a huge place like the universe are actually not that bad. But finding it, thats another story.
