Incest is accepted in several cultures (several documented aboriginal cultures in Africa and South America as part of ritualized rites of passage) and it’s in the bible several times. Necrophilia or sex with the dead is generally frowned upon but there are subcultures (fetish cultures) that embrace it.
The thing I’m looking for can be described as 1. Something that is universal to the human condition.

I don't know about 'deviant', but I seem to remember hearing that there is a pretty universal taboo against incest.
