What a cute question! I knew babies came from mommy's tummy but I thought there some secret door hidden in the middle of her stomach and when it was time someone would unlock it and out comes baby:)

My dad told me that if you swallow the watermelon seeds you will get pregnant and have a baby. My mom told me you have to go to the doctors and take a pill. I think back on it now and If my dads story was true I would have about 40 children because I swallowed a lot of watermelon seeds!! Lol!

I thought we came from cheese tube like things that were fished out of the toilet after taking a dump. I have no idea why, but unfortunately it's true that I once thought this.

I thought they were brought by the stork off of Dumbo! how naive children are huh? My nephews think that babies come out of the mommies belly button!!!

For as long as I can remember, I've known. I remember my mom sitting me down and explaining to me that when a mommy and daddy are in love the hug and kiss, the daddy's "dinkle" (that's what she called a penis) says "yippie" and then the mommy gets pregnant...I guess that was her way of explaining an erection - I dont know...they were hippies, what can I say?

Ok mine is VERY wierd, however I inspiration it used to be from a person throwing a water balloon stuffed along with his pee at a girl Btw my mother advised me persons slept almost every different so I have so freakin clue wherein I got here up with piss balloons zero-zero I did not get too stunned on the fact despite the fact that, I used to be identical to "okay"

I can't remember not knowing. My older sister hates hearing about sex so I was messing with her and asked if she wanted to know how I got my son.
I told her my husband and I went to the cabbage patch farm, saw this cute big (when I say big I mean 10lbs and 4oz) boy and just knew he was meant for us. We filled out the order forms and 9 months later the stork delivered him to our house! She said it was cute but still hit me for messing with her.

I have always known that they came from my mommy's tummy because she has always threatened to send me back there and now I do the same to my kids....no secrets for them. Now how did they get there will be harder to answer because my mom never told me. I found out from the naughty girls.

I thought that it just grew in your belly once you got married and wanted a baby, then you went to the hospital so they could somehow zap it out of you
