sorry I didn't include all the details, wrote this question in a rush.
I'm an ex-body builder type, so my legs are quite large. I'm 6'1" 250lbs.
The reason I mentioned the "equipment" was for the purpose of ROOM in them.

Well, having no dimensions to work with other then the length of your tool makes this difficult to answer. It's like saying I need pants and I'm six feet tall ... but we will try to help you the best we can.
The easy answer is a size 8 or maybe 9, since these are the largest standard size panties easily available. I would imagine your waist to be about between 36 and 40", which should give you the best comfort. You also are about a 2X standard size pantyhose I'll guess. Now, I doubt you have the curves to fill them, but the height is your issue ... I'm have a hunch you're taller then 5'9".
Here's the best secret of all ... don't make up stories and such. Just go buy what you want with confidence ... your money is as green as the tightly wound people who answered this post. And I'm sure the store you shop in would rather have the $20-30 then not.
I will tell you I prefer the all silk and no cotton panels when I buy 'em. Have fun.

Go to online store www.pantiesareus.com for both panties and nylons. They have stockings and pantyhose that will easily fit your legs and plus size panties with plenty of room for your tool box. Look in the plus size sections for both

Regular female briefs or the "boy shorts". Anything else will be too skimpy for your "equipment." Sizes vary by manufacturer so you may have to hold some up to yourself to get the correct size.
