Stress, medication, fatigue, hormonal imbalance and missing an ovulation - all these things can make you miss a period and give you pregnant-like symptoms. The emotional imbalance (crying at everything and at nothing) could possibly be a withdrawal symptom from stopping your medication. Or it could just be hormonal imbalance (along with all the other symptoms) from your birth control.
I went through the same thing just last month. I thought I was pregnant because my period didn't come, I was nauseous, tired, dizzy, and I would easily cry (I watched Mulan with my daughter and I cried - how lame is that!LOL!). I took pregnancy tests, all came negative. I went to my doctor, took another pregnancy test, and when the nurse told me it was negative, I got so depressed over it because I thought for sure I was pregnant. My doctor said that it could be just a hormonal imbalance because I had just stopped taking my birth control (hubby and I are starting to ttc - trying to conceive), and he also said that if I didn't ovulate in that cycle, it could give me pregnant-like symptoms. He said that it would most likely correct itself on its own, so I just need to wait and see what happens on the next cycle. Not too long after that, I had some bleeding - which could be my period, although it came a week earlier than expected on the next cycle. Then the symptoms were gone as soon as I had my "period". The depression's gone too. So I'm guessing that I probably just went through an imbalance in my hormones because I had just stopped using birth control. It was a weird experience, but I guess it could happen to anyone.
So with your case, I say just try to test again. See if you're pregnant - maybe get a blood test done to know for sure. Then if the depression continues and you're not pregnant, tell your doctor about it so that he/she will know if you need to get back on your medication or not.
Goodluck and hope all goes well with you!

Well... you cold be having symptoms because of the hormones in the birthcontrol, and/or the stopping the prozac. I was on prozac a few years ago, and I did not go through any withdrawls... but I had similar feelings when I changed birthcontrol. I had to stay on it for 3 months to see if I adapted, and I didn't so I had to switch. It is way to early for pregnancy test to show, possibly even a blood test. I took a pregnancy test 4 days BEFORE my missed period, because supposibly the bllod test could tell... and it came back negative. The next week, 4 days AFTER, my missed period I took an at home test, and it came back positive. If your last period was May 30th, you should be ovulating this week (well not if you are birthcontol lol). If you started the birthcontrol when you were suppose to, you should be fine. Don't stress out until your period is late.

Hey it is possible that you are pregnant and the tests are not detecting the hormone. It could also be stress mixed with the combination of getting off the medicine. However it could be something more serious like gallbladder problems, thyroid disease, or lupus. Your best advice might be to research your symptoms. If the symptoms continue to get worse, got to the doctor and ask them to do blood work and run tests. Also consider your diet. Do you have body aches, rashes, fever, discolored stool, blood in urine, bruises, loss of hair, etc. Keep a running record of your diet, activities, and every symptom.

Pretty sure it's that you're coming down off the anti-depressants.
You should double check with your doc and consider going back on the meds and next time taper off, since yes, it is not advised to quit "cold turkey."
Take another home-pregnancy test in two weeks if you don't get your period (if you had your period on the 30th, it's only been 3 weeks so the hormone wouldn't register yet).

It could be one or the other and even both. I hope that doesn't confuse you more. Go have a blood test to know for sure if you're pregnant. What are you doing for the depression without prozac? Talk to your doctor and find out what can be done.

You could be pregnant, but it is too soon for your body to tell the test. I was 3 months before I found out, but I didn't have symptoms.
It could also be caused from stress.

Do you want to be pregnant? I have had pregnancy symptoms without being pregnant, and I really think that it is psychological.
