Just wondering, because everytime some tree hugger/animal lover gets eaten, or at least gnawed on, they go shoot the poor bear? Where's the justice?

I think it should be considered natural selection. It's not the bears fault you look like food to them.

Murder involves a conscious choice made by a being who is capable of knowing right and wrong. Right and wrong involve having a free will, as well as rationality. Since a bear has neither free will nor rationality, it would not be murder.

Natural Selection. Murder needs a motive (other than fear or food) Bears are stupid and therefor donnot have the mentality to murder.

In his way, you deserve to be eaten. But poor bear. He has to wash his food first because tree huggers usually don't use soap.

Dinner-survival of the fittest! If people would educate themselves before they start exploring, this would't be happening as much. If cities & towns would stop developing the forest & wildlife areas for houses, the animals might have a place to call home!

I agree with you 100%, just stay out of the bear's way, they can kill you in a second. Hello...
