I'd say if you aren't secure yet, you aren't going to change much.

First, you have to love AND like yourself. Then, when you find that you are being insecure, it's probably the other person who has the problem. If you are secure with who you are, then it doesn't matter how other people think. If you are not secure with who you are, ask yourself what would it take for me to be the person I really want to be, and become that person. Study that type of person and start to do the things that make you who you want to be! It's a wide open world out there, and the only thing holding you back is your own limitations. EVERY person in the world has problems. Some learn to deal with them and some don't. Me? I'm bowlegged!

first at all we have to find out why do you fell insecure? It is just you, or your husband makes fell like that? or your kids tell you things? or have you heard any comments? What type of body do you have? are you tall , short, slim, fat, dress nasty are you vulgar; we need to find a reason for your insecurity, and take from there, but you have to remember one thing " that everything GOD created, He made it perfect''

Learn how to get back in touch with yourself, get back in shape if you are insecure about your body shape...If it is mental, which is the case usually...you have to learn to meditate and take time out for you... I know I am dealing with my insecurities after having two children as well and one thing is for certain... I don't want them growing up with an unstable mom. Especially for my daughters sake...I want to show her how to walk with her head up at all times, show her that she is beautiful...that she can be a virtuous woman one day because mommie is...For my son... he needs to know what to look for in a woman and that has a lot to do with how mom is... U owe it to yourself and your children to get mentally tough in order to make it in this world...

having kids really has nothing to with it,you have to get confidence in yourself and then you not be insecure, focus on the good qualities you know about yourself, and work from there.
