Sleep dreams or day dreams?
Sleep dreams are hardly ever about anything real other than perhaps stress or anxiety in our waking lives. So nah, nothing in there to come true.
Day dreams however are a conscience thought, and from that we can build on the dream to make it come true.

Absolutely. I got my dream job after going through an incredibly difficult application and interview process. I never expected my dream to come true, but it did!

It has been said that yes they do. Obviously not for all but some people are "said" to be psychic or something like that.
I had a dream just yesterday afternoon while napping that my neighbor came over etc...then he called and woke me to stop by. It didn't dawn on me that he actually hadn't been by earlier til I felt this "Deja Vu" and realized... WOW....I just had a dream about this. It was crazy. NO I don't think I am psychic or anything like that but that was a first for me!!

Do you mean the dreams you have for your lifepath? They most certainly do! But sometimes you have to change your mind, because while you may desire something, your mind might be telling you that you can't have it--giving you negative feedback. So you have to Consciously want it and expect it! The universe is only to happy to give you all you want, as long as you believe it and work towards it.

I had a dream I was sky-diving with an aardvark, and the very next week I went sky-diving, but it turned out to be an hippopotomas, so only kind of.

What is your dream about? If you dream you win the lotto, it wouldn't happen. I think so. If you dream that your Mom will live until 100, that would happen :)

dreams are usually laiden with messages about your future, be it bad or good, you just have to know what to look for. so them coming true would be relative at best.
