She likes to be grown up but she doesn't like the drinking and smoking. She just went to Dave and Buster's so that's out. I was thinking maybe just kid fun like a carnival or something because everyone likes carnivals but we are going out on Sunday and I haven't heard of anything going on in philly at that time.

well I dont know how old you are but you sound like her older sister. take her out for a nice dinner and maybe to a theater. It would be fun sister time and she will get the adult evening she wants without the smoking! Dress up and make it a girls night, assuming that you are her sister not her brother, or else this would be weird because it would be too date-like.
