No one. It is a graphic design created for the 100th anniversary of professional baseball (1969). Harmon Killebrew was an active player then, Mickey Mantle retired just before the start of the season and Ted Williams was the manager of the Washington Senators. It is extremely unlikely that any active or recent player would have been chosen for what amounts to a silhouette. The device was used on a patch applied to all MLB uniforms in 1969, with the words "100th Anniversary" appearing below it, and also on a first-class postage stamp issued that year.
