Now tell me what you have to lose hehe:)
Go for it dude!!!!
If you bored with your life than it's a good time to make changes..
Look at your situation first you don't have apartment to lose than you don't have love to lose (you single) and I guess you don't have great job to lose so it means nothing stopping you from making changes in your life.
26 is good age do it now don't wait till you 46(20 year advantage)
Good Luck!

Only you can decide that. I tell you what, if my parents lived in the town that I do, I would move back home, rent is freaking ridiculous. Im 26 and single as well. But i enjoy being single.

Well, if you're still living w your folks at that age...?!

Step one: Get your own place to live! Support yourself!
Trust me, you don't want to stay around Baby-Boomers any length of time...

Step two: Develop your intellect, so that you always have something you can fall back on. Develop a skill and/or talent. Study Plato, Bach, Beethoven...the great minds of the past.

Step three: Get out in the real world!! Can't you see that our nation is in a profound crisis? Figure out something that you can do with your life that will be of benefit to future generations. Think of something great and noble that you can accomplish, and then set about to do it...

Well I am 25 and live with my parents. You don't have a lot to live for when you are donig that. I would recommend getting out. Going to college if you haven't. Get a job. Get a house. Find a friend. Get married. Just get a life. That is what I am planning to do!

Your life isn't over at 26. Many people find love at 30 and later. Perhaps you find your job fulfilling or if not perhaps consider another field of work that interests you. A hobby that you are passionate about can stimulate you and find people with similar interests.

For the effect that you have on others. Our time here isn't meant to be ideal or pleasant, the more pain and sorrow, lonliness and depair we experience, the more we know we are living. What would your parents do with your space if you weren't here? Who would your mother cook for and your dad give all his knowledge and wisdom to? How could I have given myself a release of my knowledge to if you hadn't asked this question? You live for others, even though you may not know it!!! LIVE ON, smile, spread your light so that others may do the same.

You have everything to live for: you, your family, your friends, and you. If you are thinking about suicide just read this over and over, and think about how your family and your friends would feel if they just walked into the room where you killed yourself and find you dead, think about how they would feel knowing that u thought that you didnt have anything to live for. you are just going through a rough patch of your life right now im sure that you will get out on your own soon and then you will find the right person for you. just trust me and dont kill yourself. remember you have everything to live for. you have your entire life in front of you. i hope that i have made a difference in your thoughts and i hope that u will rethink suicide and decide against it.

So? Milk them for all their worth. Save money as you go, so when your father finally decides to beat the crap out of you, you have something to fall back on.
