Have personality, talk to them, have pics or cards ready to give to them. Dont blend in, you have to stand out fromt he crowd.

No seriously, you need to be the best (oh no! sounds like an ad campaign) you can be. So practice whatever your talent 10x whatever others practice.
Find your niche, IE if you sing country well (now there is an oxymoron if ever there was one) then sing country... don't try to cross over to something that isn't your passion, there will be plenty of time for that once you are in the spotlight.
And put your face out there as much as you can. KISS'es 1st tour was to tiny clubs and they ran for about a year across the country dartboard style (that is there wasn't any logical route to the tour)... By year two they were a main attraction and by their 3 year they sold out Cobal Hall while cutting their live album... perseverance kept them going knowing that their insane hours and travel would pay off... all they needed was the right person to spread the word to the music industry and their career would take flight... So do the same... while you may not have to got to the extremes that KISS did, you need your face in the talent scouts' faces and others that have clout

A majority of scouts look for that special something.
You either have to have something unique that sets you apart or be so incredibly talented that it makes the others look like amateurs.
Either way, you MUST exude total confidence in yourself...and I'm not talking about being a snotty know-it-all.
You have to walk in, carry your head high and sue your body to show that you are sure of yourself.
Your performance should be flawless, and should you make a mistake, it should look as if it were part of the act - never call attention to a mistake, the show must go in!

not here thats for sure
my suggestion is
1 put on two bandaids and a piece of dental floss
call it a bakini
2 write songs that would make marilynn manson puke
3 find a reputable casting accociate
option three is my favorite
you need some great photos
so dont skimp on price here
glossy black and white with bios
i do produce a music video about three a year so send some photos when you get them

Get involved in lots of talent shows call golden girl to help you if possible see if you can get to different shows on Tv.

Well you could go talk to them and ask them about what they do and if you want to join then talk about how you wanted to join to them. If you just want their attention....there's a million ways.
