There are many ways to resolve a headache. It really depends on many factors, how savvier the headache is, where you feel the headache, and to what extent you're willing to resolve the headache. There are simple remedies such as pressure points, and increasing water intake (reduce stimulants such as caffeine). My all time favorite is seeing a chiropractor, there have been links to cervical subluxation and headaches, plus I feel 1000% better after a good adjustment. Lastly if there is something in your diet that might be causing this. So trying an elimination diet might be the answer you're looking for. The elimination diet takes some time and energy to do, but will take a commitment on your end. hope this helps, cheers!

Native Americans have chewed the bark of the Willow tree for generations. Willow bark contains a mild pain reliever which is the same thing that is in aspirin. In conjunction with this drink plenty of water and try some Caffeine. Caffeine in small doses will cause your blood vessels to not constrict allowing for better blood flow.

Water to hydrate. Steam some water to clear your nasal passages too. Sometimes I've found that if I can't breathe through my nose I get a headache. After I steam some water and breathe through my nose I usually lose my headache.

Hitting yourself on the head repeatedly sometimes works...
Or causing pain to other parts of your body; see, your body goes on overload if you hurt too much, so it'll pick the most servere and focus on it. Just make sure that you can handle that pain or you'll hurt worse.
I know. I'm a doctor.

rosemary....it' kind of hard to come by, maybe local herb store would have it, or a neighbors bush, but it has a very strong herbal smell and if you sniff that and breathe it in for 30 minutes, your headache will be gone.

Drink water. A lot of times headaches are either caused or exacerbated due to dehydration.

I get migraines and a friend of mine suggested this. There are pressure points in the soft part of your hand between your thumbs and your index finger if you squeeze them it can help. Also often neck or shoulder massages or head and temple massages can help too.

I read in my parents AARP magazine that rubbing Tiger Balm on your temples will help. Haven't tried it yet...
