Your engine is blown friend! No oil pressure, no compression is the reason for no more than 20 mph, the noise is the internal parts of the engine grinding or slapping around without any oil on them and if anything broke loose like a rod it will banging around in there too.

time for a new motor, or to get that one rebuilt.
Bad luck for you, I am sorry this is happening for you.

If you really have no oil pressure you should not even start the engine much less drive it. Need to test to verify there is no pressure by ataching a manual gague to sending unit on engine and turning engine over brefly. If still zero you have a major problem and should have a reliable shop mechanic confirm. If bad and the noise is a rod or main bearing then you need another engine or vehicle depepending on the cost to repair.

Olive oil is a sturdy moisturizer for the hair, yet olive oil at very extreme temperature gets broken for this reason ensuing in little to no earnings except u basically like the flavor of deep fried... basically kidin. So my recommendation is heating it on the range for some seconds. I positioned some greater virgin organic and organic olive oil in a spoon and place it over the flame for some seconds sufficient to get it particularly heat. IMHO, warming in a microwave will harm the oil. Coconut oil on the different hand handles warmth ok.

I would try to first replace the oil sending unit. If this is broke then it will not pick up any resistance thus not sending any data to your guage. I believe it is a optical sensor or hall effect sensor if it is magnetic. The speed issue could be another all together. If there is no noise of course.
