After lambasting the widows of Sept. 11 and spanking Matt Lauer for "getting testy," conservative political writer Ann Coulter sold more than 48,000 copies of her book, Godless: The Church of the Liberalism, as tracked by Nielsen BookScan. This will put the book at No. 1 on The Book Standard’s Nonfiction Chart and Political Science Chart and No. 2 Overall when the charts publish tomorrow.

She/he is just trying to grab as much attention as possible by ranting about whatever comes to mind, no matter who it hurts.

She's just as sincere and James Carvell is with his. And IF everyone ignored what she said the whole deal would be over by now. But all this free publicity she's getting isn't hurting her book sales.

It could be Ann's books sell better than his because more conservatives take the time to read books. OR it could be more conservatives know how to read.*LOL*

Sorry with all the digs I've been hearing on Ann I just couldn't resist the counter dig.

Ann Coulter is awesome. What an insightful view she has. I just wish she had a chance for election to some office, but I guess she forfieted that by telling liberals what the facts are and what the truth is. They hate that

ann coulter is a joke...if she is sincere in her rantings, then i'd say she's a hateful, ill-tempered psychopath. if she's not sincere, then she's an opportunistic money-grubbing publicity hound...flip a coin.

in much the same way, dubya is either the biggest liar ever to occupy the white house, or the biggest moron ever elected to that office...either way, the country loses

IT is just trying to sell books. She doesn't believe in the bull durham she spouts any more than Rust Lardbucket believes in his. But it DOES sell books to morons.

I think she's very sincere, and she got everyone's attention, I agree with her views and her comments! I doubt that many who say they disagree have picked up one of her books and read it. SHOCK AND AWE WOULD BE IF LIBERALS READ THE BOOKS THEY LOVE TO TRY TO DISCREDIT!!!!!
