I don't think they will get very far. I don't doubt the players ability but i think they are at a disadvantage because of where they live. Obviously this can be discounted by the poorer nations that make it far, but i think the Americans or the British or someone with the best training oppurtunites will make it further then Iran. I wish them luck though!

Here are 3 to watch: Togo: Great run up to get here and probably has the easiest group of the dark horses. Sweeden: Probably not really a dark horse but I bet you don't hear much talk of them outside of Scandanavia though I would pick them to make the Quaters if not the semis. Tunisia: Probably the best African team not in a group of death thus a good chance to advance. (Ghana and Ivory Coast are in very tough groups and may advance but it seems unlikely)

They have a shot to advance but the 3-1 loss to Mexico does them no good. They'll probably go home after a loss to Portugal.
