Food Network, because I love the shows that are on there, my tv is on this channel 20/7 and the other 4 hours: ESPN, CNN, then ABC, NBC, and CBS.

its a tie between usa and cbs i watch cbs daytime and some primetime and i watch the usa originals and movies as well as old law and order svu's on usa.
