Depending on what the ingredients are. Good companies make good makeup. So if you use a famous company's products, the chances are that their products will not damage the skin.

I use Bare Minerals. It's all natural, and lasts a very long time - it can actually improve your skin. I love it. I didn't start wearing makeup until I was 24 - I hated the way it felt on my skin. Yes, especially dry powder make up. It gets into creases that eventually become wrinkles. Be sure to cleanse your face thoroughly before you go to sleep...your face needs to breathe to maintain a healthy elasticity and collagen production (that means new cells regenerating...) I say lay off the heavy cover up stuff, and focus on the eyes and lips. Keep it fresh and healthy.
