okay this guy that I used to like or date, has a best friend that I have had my eye on but won't cuz it's his best buddy.but now since the ex likes my best buddy do i have every right to go after him?But I am not trying to get back at him I am not.I really do like that person its just that they are friends that stoping me.

Sounds like a messed up love triangle. He's going to see it as you trying to get back at him but if you can handle the drama then go for it.
Keep in mind there are a lot of fish in the sea.

and if he thinks you are trying to get back at his friend explain to him that he is over and have completely moved on. and if he doesnt believe you after telling him several things to answer his questions (or somethign like that) then i think its best to move on and meet another guy.
life is too short to get crazy about a guy who wont give you a chance.

if u like him and u explain to ur friend than he should understand, unless ur a lil kid, but if he dont agree, respect him, dont lose a friend over it
