Well, you can get all your teeth pulled out. That might work.

I was never a nail biter, but I used to bite at my cuticles until they constantly bled. They were ragged and just awful all the time.
I used an over-the-counter nail biting remedy to cure my habit. There are several brands available, just ask the pharmacist at your local drugstore. Basically, you apply it like nail polish. It has a terrible bitter taste that is hard to get rid of, and it makes biting at your nails or cuticles a completely unpleasant experience. The stuff is not harmful if ingested, in fact, it's meant to go in your mouth. It just makes it so unpleasant to bite your nails that you make an effort to stop.

I cant stop bitting mine ether. I love to bit my nails. I know that when I had fake ones on I didnt bit them. They are hard to keep up with if you have really shortthin nails cause they fall off. But I had some on for a long time once and didnt bite um. I dont recomend getting that stuff that tastes bad ehter cause everytime you go to eat finger foods it get all in your mouth! Good luck

join the club....these are the methods i've tried, didnt work out much but worth givin it a shot....
1) i tried putting bandaid on nails so it was impossible to bite, worked for a few days until it became impossible to eat also..
2) motivated myself to get myself a gift in case i didnt bite nails for a whole week....end of week-bit nails but still got myself the gift..
3) applied ointment in my fingers so that it would taste 'yuck' while bitin,it worked till i found out a "strategy" to bite nails without tastin the ointment...
but the thing which contributed most to me givin up the habit was when people asked me if my hands were diseased after which i stopped..so before u reach to the above said situation, quit the habit...all the best...

My advice would be to try putting lemon juice on the tips of your fingers. Or, go get a manicure. If your nails are pretty, you won't want to bite them! Whatever you do, keep at it. I heard that it takes about two weeks to make or break a habit.

I wouldn't have believed it but I went and got my short little nails shaped at a salon and I stopped biting. They grew in beautifully. After a couple of months, they were too long so I cut them myself, and they started tearing and I started biting again.

Try soaking your nails in a bitter liquid. Lemon juice, vinegar, or even nail polish remover, when you bite, you get the bad taste in your mouth.

Don't you want your hands to look pretty? Go to a good manicurist and have a nice manicure done. Polish them in a very pretty color, and keep them done. When they start to grow out it will do wonders for your self esteem. The nicer they look, the more you will like them that way, and the less you will be inclined to bite them.

Go get acrylics done to keep you from biting them. (It crumbles and tastes gross.) Or buy that nasty-tasting polish, I've heard it works.
Otherwise, go get a weekly manicure - your nail will look so good you won't want to bite them.
