Live each day with no regrets. Also, to be a published novelist, but I have a feeling as soon as I do that, My goal will change. All I have is a bunch of short term goals, not a life goal that's supposed to give my life meaning.

I used to have goals. Mapped out my ambitions. Life can sometimes take you far from where you want to be. My goal now, is to finish my life as a good and fairly respectable person, especially now that it is too late to do those things I thought I would be so good at but wasn't.

I'm 37, and I had a bunch of things I wanted to experience, but I either did them already or figured out that I really didn't want them that badly. So now, I'm just cruisin along, having a good time, not 'buying' the marriage/home/children B.S. cuz I've seen those who do, and boy I sure don't envy them. Oh, yeah, God is fiction folks, figured that out a long time ago.
