the easiest way is to create seperate playlists. click on the little= sign on the bottom left and drag and drop from the library

As far as I know.. you can't. The reason is because when you download Itunes for the first time and connect your Ipod, it registers the serial number or coding and asks you to name your ipod on the computer.
The computer recognizes the ipod as an "E" drive, which means external drive. Each time you download music and update your ipod, the computer talks to the ipod which only recognizes your "named" itunes account. If someone else plugs into that, they will only update your music. If they change the music in order to get the songs they want, than the original user will lose all of their tunes the next time the update their ipod.

no, but here is how to get around it
you need to set up different user accounts on your computer, one for you and one for her
then both of your download the songs into your own itunes program
the option to create additional user accounts is in the "my computer" thing

you might be able to create his and her playlists but I think you'll have the same main library
