I kind of am, but I don't discriminate against other races. It simply ocurred to me once that since there was a particular race that showed more physical signs of evolution than any other, maybe it was the supreme race. And now I just can't get the stupid idea out of my head no matter how hard I try.
I don't believe there's only one race that should live. I don't hate people for being this race or that one. As a matter of fact, I admire people from seemingly less evolved races who make greater achievements than people from "the more evolved" race. And I am prone to liking "less evolved" people because they always seem more innocent. I'm not hating, in a nutshell. It's just that I can't help but to suspect that there might be such thing as a "best race".
At first I thought that it wasn't racism since it was not affecting anyone, but then I looked up "racism" in the dictionary and it turns out I AM a racist by definition! Very sad indeed, but I just can't help it.

Racist is such a negative term.

I tend to think people look after themselves first, their family and friends second, and their community and the world later.

They do that to survive and prosper.

Does that mean they will discriminate? Yes.

Along racial lines? Yes.

Does that make them a racist? Yes.

I believe the world is filled with racists. You can't throw a stone without hitting one.

The haves are racists. The have-nots are racists too. They each want what te other has and is unwilling to give up. In case you are wondering, the have-nots always have their willingness to agree. The haves want that so that they are always justified in everything they do or say.

What do you get out of it? Mainly security, sometimes wealth, and often simpathy and anger.

Anyone that is proud of there ethneticity is considered to be racist. This country was supposed to be where races were embraced, THE GREAT AMERICAN MELTING POT.Now its only OK to embrace your race if you are NOT WHITE.Where I live we used to have a thing called the ethnic festival in the summer. It was where you would go and sample foods and cultures from around the world that are in this area, sounds GOOD,doesn't it?Well, about 3 or 4 years ago the city decided it was racist,so they changed it to summer in the city to try to bring us together instead of seperating us.it became an overpriced carnaval of sorts with rides and games and circus food and entertainment. It has since been cancelled do to gang violence and the inability to afford proper security,I.E. POLICE. The gangs were black by the way.If I'm asked if I'm proud of my race,I say HELL YES!!! Then I ask which one?The race that buildt the pyramids as slaves?Or the race that had their country stolen from them to make room for the scum of England?Or the one that was chased out of POLAND and HUNGARY DUE TO HITLER?Or the one that escaped from STALLEN?Or the one that came here from SWEEDEN in hopes of a better life?Or EUROPE? I'm proud of ALL my races that make up my bloodline, because ALL have had GOOD people throughout history. I consider myself an equal oppertunity BIGGOT.I've encountered good and bad from every race that I ever dealt with, but you have to remember that we are ALL part of the human race and most people fear what they do not understand.

I think I am, at first thought I would say Im not, but then placing me in situations I then recognize that I am, and I think we all are, and the reason being is that we recognize when someone is being racist, if you werent then you wouldnt see what that other person racisim is directed at, like I was on the bus, sitting behind an Asian women, I didnt care that I was, but then the women sneezed, and a girl sitting next to her jumped, the first thought that came in my head was that the girl responded like that, because of scars, I am racist

It is my belief that racism stems from the pyches own desire to categorize things and people, (red heads, blondes, mammals, reptiles) this catagorizing process enables us to more easily understand our world and label things as safe (purples berries = non toxic) and unsafe (red berries = toxic). This increases our chance of surival. Back in the old days our tribal ancestors identified friendly tribesman and opposing tribesmen by how much they were different from themselves.

This has carried over into the modern era in the form of racism, most people who are racist are that way because they don't take into account similarities in culture and only judge their neighbors from the outside. Most of us still have internal feelings of discomfort around those we don't feel are like us in one way or another. Its when we act on these primitive sorting instincts that we become a bigot. Its when we allow irrational fear over ride our ractional brain that we blindly hate that which we do not understand.

I'm not racist but there are people in my school who are. I have encountered a lot of racist remarks against black people. I think they are racist because they think it is funny to make racist remarks. But what they don't know or care is that not every person finds it funny or appropriate.
