I need to remember some information (for poker if you're interested!) and i want to place some text on the right of my wallpaper and some more text on the bottom. Any help would be great and if you're interested in the wallpaper when i'm done you can have it for free!
I can only find information on using my own photos for wallpapers and this isn't what i need.

Either place a "stickynote" or if that application isnt availible, go to paint, type the text there, save the picture, and load the picture on your desktop

do you have something you can edit photos with. Create a new document with dimensions of your screen resolution. add type were you need it. just makes sure to have some margin space all around and save it as a gif or jpeg file. then preview, right click and set as background. I do this kind of stuff.

if your monitor resolution is 1024 x 768, use image editor >> photoshop, open same size file and use 72 dpi.
set any color you wanna and type any text you like.
save it to jpg when u done , then load it at screen saver.
DONE!!!!
