Bing, definitely. Bing was a singer that acted and danced occasionally. Gene was a dancer that sang to the music he was dancing to.
Bing Crosby's White Christmas tops the list of favorite Christmas Songs and some just plain Song lists.
Gene Kelly's performance, Singing in the Rain is probably the best dance every filmed.

WOW! That's like asking which is better, a Jaguar or a Ferrari? I love them both, and could only pick based on an individual song. If really pressed, I would have to pick Bing Crosby for "White Christmas" and all the nostalgic memories his version of it brings to mind.
