A man was outside taking a walk when it began to rain. He did not have an umbrella and he wasn't wearing a hat. His clothes were soaked, yet not a single hair on his head got wet. How could this happen?

He was decapitated is another and was walking without his head.

He stopped under a shelter and stayed dry. The rain stopped and while he was walking home a car drove by and splashed him everywhere except his head.

He prabably used his clothes to cover his head. most peopledo when they have no umbrella and its rainig. They Take off their coat and carry it over their heads.
