If your kissing your committed significant other. If not then it's cheating. Now are we talking about the smack on the cheek that you give everybody upon arrival or the tonsil exam that has the gift of promise? The good question is, "Would I be pissed off if my BF/husband was doing this"? If you would then it's probably not right. CHeck out the website:http://www.condomsbrasandstraightjackets.com/
It cover this type of situation. Good luck

ok, here it goes, i will be very honest
we were at a friends house, i was very drunk and had just met this guy
we met unplanned in the hall way and he grabbed me up and started kissing me, i was shocked but pleasantly surprised, that was that, so i thought
little did i know but someone saw that
and worse, confronted me, the good thing about all this..i have an open relationship with my hubby and had already told him
now the point is that after kissing him, i wanted more, it was fun and exciting but the thing that keeps me from doing that is the connection that i do have with my hubby...he understood and said" drunk people do drunk things, but that needs to end there
so it doesnt always have to be considered cheating, although that can always lead to more, so i wouldnt do it again for fear of that
lol sry to ramble

To cheat is to break the rules. So a cheater is someone who is breaking the rules. So is kissing cheating? Only you and your significant other know the rules to your relationship.

Yes, actually some people will say that Kissing is more intimate than sex itself. Kissing deals with true emotions..and to kiss another person willingly shows pre-meditation and mal intent!

Any kind of intimacy that should be given to your spouse instead (private conversations, quiet lunches, kissing, hugging) is cheating if you do it with someone else.

In my opinion cheating is psychological, not physical. You create your own values. If you think it is cheating it is. If you think it isn't, it isn't. Life is short, if no one is going to be hurt embrace the moment.
