slow down honey. You have plenty of time for true love. Every new relationship at 14 feels like "true love." Just don't be in a hurry and if it's true love, it will blossom over time.

Dear, you're going to have many many more "true loves" by the time you actually find someone that you want to spend the rest of your life with. I've never, ever, know of anyone at the age of 14 or even 15 or 16 that was dating someone and stayed with that person and married them. It may happen, but it's very rare. This may sound harsh, but if you lose him, you WILL get over him, I promise.

Honey, you're gonna hear this for a long time, but you're too young to know what True Love is at your age. Most likely it's hormones talking at your age - don't do anything stupid that you might end up regretting for the rest of your life, like have sex. It might feel right but I can tell you - from personal experience - it isn't true love.

From personal experience i also thought i was in love at a young age. You need to grow a little though to know how to tell the difference between love and lust. At your age i highly doubt you know who you really are and what you want out of life. You have to go through all the wrong guys first before you find the right one and that takes time. First love yourself, learn what you want and who you are and the person you were meant to be with will respect that and love you regardless of your flaws.

When I was 14, I remember what that feels like. You truly think that this one person is everything and that if it doesn't work out your life will be over. I promise you it won't and most likely it is just a crush.
Stay in school and stay focused on your life and your future and the rest will all work out.

of course it is true love, but when you are 14 you get a whole bunch of chances for true love. Do not do any thing you will regret later, and remember even if you lose him you will find love again.

i know i'm the oddball on this one, but here goes. i don't believe in one true love in life. i think that people are chameleons and we show the qualities to people that we know will be accepted. so i think it's easy to fall in love with several people throughout your life because they will be catering to different needs of yours.
so, you might be in love with him. but, be open-minded to the possibility that you might have other loves in your life as well. don't do anything too drastic at 14, like run away to florida, especially if your family doesn't support it. make sure that you don't destroy your support system in life because you will end up needing them from time to time.
hope it all works out for you. :)

Don't worry it's not. At 14 it's hormones. Just wait and things will crumble.
