Not easy at all. I play forward and midfielder both attacking mid and on the wings. I've always known goalkeeping wasn't easy, but I hadn't had personal experience with it until this year with my intramural college soccer team when our goalie went down with an injury and I filled in the spot. Not only do you block shots: You have to know when and how to come out for a corner kick, you need to be good at stopping free kicks because it's hard to see the ball with your wall in front of you, you need to be careful when going at a forward because any little mistake can result in a penalty kick and/or red card, you have to be good at timing a ball coming at you especially when they have crazy spin on them and they bounce a couple of times. Yeah, being a goalie isn't easy. I think it's a fun position, but definitely not easy.

Believe me, being a goalkeeper isn't easy. I have been one growing up and still will go into the box when I do play. It takes a certain mentality to be able to play that position well.

I think that's how wide the goal is.
But I don't think being goal keeper is easy. You have a really wide goal!

I think its really hard have you heard of seeds they come at you that's full force you would have to have great cardio not to men-chin muscles to delay or grasp the ball
