Neither,actually. I would have more concern about crossing paths with a poisonous snake, I would respect it before fearing it. I don't think I'll stumble across a poison frog any time soon.
I actually like snakes and have kept ball pythons as pets. Copperheads are the only venomous snake around here, and the only time I've come across one was when my 18 year old daughter brought a baby copperhead home in a water bottle. It had pretty eyes.

That is a really good question...
I think I am more afraid of poison snakes because they can hurt you more, not only can they bite you, but also wrap themselves around you while they are about to kill you...pretty scary thought
