By taking time to discover what is making you feel uncomfortable.
It's the only way to get past the issue and when you are aware of what is causing the problem you have to find a way to overcome the problem.
Can't you relax?
Is something from your past troubling you?
Your daily routine gruelling?
Your partner unloving or inconsiderate?
A health problem?
Many things can cause problems in the bedroom, but we don't know what is the roots to what makes you feel uncomfortable-take time to think about things...
Good luck!

Well set up the mood and try different positions that make it feel good for yourself.

Make sure to have plenty of foreplay and try doggie style, or you on top, or side-by-side...

Have fun and good luck!!!!
