Yes it will work. This is what they sell at Fry`s electronics for do it yourselfers. OEM just doesn`t have all the fancy paperwork with it. It is a full legal copy of Windows. At Fry`s if you buy a MOBO or hard drive , they sell you the OEM Windows VERY cheaply. The way you are doing it is the preferred way to build a computer because you don`t get all that junky pre-loaded software that the brand name computers come with.
