Yes I recieved two new monthly bills by signing up for two services that were supposed to be the (last step) then it wanted me to sign up for six more final steps.
I personally dont know anyone who has gotten anything free from surveys!

No, Just a headache. So I will recommend to you to close the pop-ups or if you have windows XP you can enable the pop-up blocker that XP includes or you can download one for free with the Yahool toolbar.
