Funny you happen to assume this, because where I live the Hispanic community actually dress better than most. True, many of them seem to have a cultural influence that prefers bright colors, so who cares...its just a matter of opinion and personal preference. And as someone mentioned, maybe some of the people you see really do not have much money to afford better...are you prejudiced against poverty as well?
