Its when a hot girl is riding her bike wearing work out shorts and she locks her bike up to a public rack and when she walks away, some guy would rush over and sniff the hot moist bicycle seat where she was just sitting....AKA..."Bicycle Seat Sniffers". Just wondering....

i had never heard of this before but its so hilarious, im laughing my head off in my office

Everybody may think you are sick or need a new hobby...
I work in Hospice and I also work with the menatlly ill.
What you are discribing is actually a condition.
There are Guy's that do it. ..I read a case study that some guy in California would also go into the girls restroom and sniff the contents of the Waste basket....(that as far as I will discribe it)
