Best Super Bowl: Pats vs. Rams superbowl 2001

Best game: I dunno There was a game about 1994 Miami 39 New England 35. It was a shoot out from beginning to end neither team had a running game or a pass defense. Marino threw for 473 and 5 td's, and Bledsoe did something like 430 and 5. The difference being a late fumble by Ben Coates. Might not have been the best game ever, but definetly the most eneertaining I've ever seen.

Well, there are so many to choose from. I will go with the 49ers -vs- Dallas in the NFC playoff game. The 49ers made it to Super Bowl XVI by beating Dallas in the fourth quarter on a 6-yard touchdown pass from Joe Montana to Dwight Clark. The play would be forever known as "The Catch." Not only did it lead the 49ers to the Super Bowl, it took the Dallas jinx off of their backs. They ended up winning their first of five Superbowl Championships.

Maybe not the greatest game ever played, but definitely one of the best was Super Bowl 31. Green Bay and New England bounced back and forth until Desmond Howard returned that punt all the way and broke the game open. Packers win 35-21.

Super Bowl XXV - Giants vs. Bills. Two very different styles of offense playing mistake-free football, back and forth all game, punctuated by Scott Norwood's miss at the end.

Two great plays in that Super Bowl stand out: Ottis Anderson's long run when he cocks his forearm, and Mark Ingram's catch, where he breaks at least 5 tackles to get a first down.
