change the background... its too much green on your site...
add some more colors, contrast with yellow, red, white for example.
also, your site looks too cluttered... please clean it up and try to make the content readable...
About the Content:
- Try to bullet your major points... have hyperlinks to jump to the details on the major highlighted points.
- Highlight the important text
- Try to be concise - nobody has time to read a long paragraph. You don't want to lose the visitor's attention.
- Add nice photos - something you took, rather than from websites... people love human touch... and your creative photos of landscapes, picnic, people, etc. can certainly make the site interesting.
- In your technical explanation, once again add pictures, diagrams. Pictures are worth thousand words...
